Today ,there were 4 set of moulds debugged in the factory with 88T hot chamber die casting machine .
Generally , 88T hot chamber die casting machine can make the zinc product within 350G , and can make the weight of lead products is twice than that of zinc .
When try the mould with the machine , it will put the mould on the fixed platen first,then ,using the specilize tool to fix the mould , after that , the tec master start operate the die casting machine .It will take around 20 minutes to try a set of mould if the products are ok .
This 88Ton machine will be delivered by trade company , and it equipped with a external heating electric furnace .The external heating electric furnace equip with a single distribution .And the machine equip with a distribution .
